While at the Topaz Financial Services website, you may voluntarily choose to complete our Confidential Quote Application. If you choose so, several types of personal information are gathered for use in your confidential session with one of our Debt Analysts. Confidential information collected on Quote includes name, address, telephone number, email address, amount of debt, and best time to call. The information gathered will be used to determine the best solution to your financial situation. Specific uses of this information are:

• To contact you and to confirm your identity when you call us.
• To determine the amount of your debt.
• To determine the best time to contact you.
• Demographic data is used for statistical studies (names are not used without specific permission).

Topaz Financial Services does not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease any personal information collected at our site, including the "Confidential Quote Application" or email lists. All personal information is used solely by Topaz Financial Services as directed by the consumer.
